(Half hour sessions require you to turn up 15 minutes prior to our session and conduct your own warm-up in order to get the most out of your coaching session)

  • Accountability and support from your online coach

  • Weekly fitness + nutrition check-in (Zoom/Whatsapp)

1:1 Coaching (All-in)
£500.00 every month

The most comprehensive coaching plan:

  • 8 in-person/one-hour sessions per month (2x/week)

  • Personalised gym or home training plan

  • Free movement screening

  • Accountability and support from your online coach
